Take Care of Yourself.
There is a lot
happening in our world.
Put your own
oxygen mask on
first.
Rest from news.
Spend time healing
yourself and your own.
The helpers, the
professionalism,
the character
of rescue efforts
amaze and humble
me daily,
TAKE CARE!
