Not Gonna Waste Them
A L O H A !
"Absorb what is useful
reject what is useless,
add what is uniquely
your own."
Bruce Lee
"Life is made up, not
of great sacrifices or
duties, but of little things,
in which smiles, and
kindnesses, and small obligations,
given habitually, are what
win and preserve the
heart and secure comfort."
Humphrey Davy
"I'm 65 and don't have
that many Summers left.
I'm not gonna waste
them being old."

Summer Sighs
A L O H A !
Calmness is a superpower.
The ability to not overreact
or take things personally
keeps your mind clear
and your heart at peace.
"Petting, scratching, and
cuddling a dog could be
as soothing to the mind and
heart as deep meditation and
almost as good for the soul
as prayer."
Dean Koontz

and your heart at peace.
"Tears of joy are like
the summer rain drops
pierced by sunbeams."

A L O H A !

"Summer is the annual
permission slip
to be lazy. To do
nothing and have it
count for something. -

- To lie in the grass
and count the stars.
To sit on a branch
and study the clouds."
Regina Brett

"Be a loner. That
gives you time
to wonder, to search
for the truth.
Have holy curiosity.
Make your life
worth living."
Albert Einstein

| Only A Day Away |
"If the sight of the blue skies
fills you with joy, if a
blade of grass springing up
in the fields has power to
move you, if the simple things
of nature have a message that
you understand, rejoice, for
your soul is alive."
