How cool! I've never seen a banana blossom before.
Love that banana plant!!! Great post again, great quotes and pictures :)
Oh my goodness, I don't think I've ever seen a banana blossom, certainly not that perfect! I love bananas can't get enough of them, and that banana tree is wonderful. I really-really like your quotes too!

Absolutely stunning shot of an incredible sky. Mickie :)
All fantastic images!
I love the banana flower! I've seen the flowers of the banana trees in the Botanic Garden.
Do you ever eat the blossoms? Aloha Tom The Backroads Traveller
I recognise that banana flower, my neighbour has a banana tree that prefers to flower in my garden :) Beautiful Hawaiian skies Cloudia.
The banana blossom is amazing. It's the first one I've seen.
Great pictures and poems :)
Hello Cloudia, the banana blossom is neat. Lovely sky shots. Enjoy your day!
I've never seen a banana blossom either. That first shot is particularly outstanding!
Fantastic and interesting photos. Like the first photo too.
Those look like apple bananas. They told me that the blossom can be eaten too. No kidding?
If the Mama saw the banana blossom, she'd be smacking her lips and say something like, "That would be delicious to eat."
Great shots, Cloudia! We have a banana tree in our neighbour's yard which blooms in summer (see: http://melbournedaily.blogspot.com.au/2012/03/melbourne-street-trees-14.html )
