Transform the Destination

A L O H A From Honolulu!

Nothing is stronger than

a small hope that

doesn't give up

Matt Haig

The moment one gives

close attention to

any thing, even a blade of grass

it becomes a mysterious,

awesome, indescribably

magnificent world

in itself.

           Henry Miller

 You don't take

a photograph,

you make it.

         Ansel Adams

The journey transforms
the destination.
Peter Morville

With years and experience comes

a certain understanding of human

frailty as we see our own.

Our last best chance to

wise up, love our neighbor,

and become a human being

before our opportunity is passed.

A Little Life

A L O H A From Honolulu!

Marin Calif

Each day is a little life: every waking and rising

a little birth, every fresh morning a little youth . . . Schopenhauer

Is the spring coming?" he said.

"What is it like?"...

It is the sun shining on the rain

and the rain falling on the sunshine.

   Frances Hodgson Burnett*

A misty morning does not signify a cloudy day. Ancient Proverb

Grandmother used to say: "If everyone in the neighborhood put all their problems

on the front porch we'd all be glad to go home with our own."

Love You Friend,

* Just for the record, Hawaii is North of the Equator in a subtropical zone. We are glorying in Autumn now.

The Rain Raining:

Strive Easy

A L O H A From Honolulu!

Learn to trust the journey,

even when you do

not understand it.

   Lolly Daskal

 Don't worry about

the darkness, for

that is when the

stars shine brightest.

   Terry Pratchett

Not every winged Creature

is considered a bird

or a bat.

Some wings are

made of magic.

      Raani York

The glow of satisfaction

which follows the

consciousness of doing

our level best

never comes to

a human being

from any other experience.

     Orison Swett Marden

This morning do

something different:

When you wake up

in the morning,

wake your forgotten

and forsaken

dreams up as well,

wake them up

like an insisting rooster!

    Mehmet Murat ildan

Every day, strive to refine

your contagious shine,

and shake the nonsense

offered by those who lack

the will to polish-up

from within.
