Just Watching, Honest! Here's a joke:
A man sitting down at the movies notices
a seagull sitting on the
seat right next to him!
"What are you doing at the movies?"
The seagull replies,
"I really enjoyed the book."

We try to be strong,

you know you do,

keeping it to yourself

protecting our loved ones.

But today I said

all the things I

am worried about.

Just got them right out.

A Wonderful thing happened!

Worries shared dissipate.

And who knows, your

partner, housemate, friend,

might say one of those

simple, magic things

that makes care take wing.

That's what happened

to me today.

Now back to the

laugh and the awe

and the ahhhhh.

A thousand pounds lighter.

Thank YOU
