Sun in my face

Trees got my back

The song of birds

lunch in a sack.

In sunlit sheen, a grackle gleams,

No longer black, a rainbow seems.

Emerald shimmers dance and play,

On wings that catch the light of day.

On iridescent wings he flies,

A splash of blues and purple dyes.
