I always forget my dreams, but Art wakes me if he knows I have a nightmare and will ask me what it was about. I'd still forget by morning so he'd have to tell me. Weird.
I are going to run? Half marathon? Or more?
I often remember quite clearly those within minutes of waking up. Yes, they can set us thinking of the next move.
