Why the did the rainbow cross the road?
For the 99 percent of the time we've been
on Earth, we were hunter and gatherers,
our lives dependent on knowing the fine,
small details of our world.
Deep inside, we still have a longing to be
reconnected with the nature that shaped
our imagination, our language, our song
and dance, our sense of the divine.

Hole In The Wall Restaurant:
"Some of these places are weather-beaten shacks, some are tiny storefronts, some are old railcar diners, some are tucked away where you’d least expect them. Some specialize in burgers, some hot dogs, some tacos, some dumplings.
But they all have a couple things in common:
They can be considered holes in the wall,
and they’re all great places to eat."

Ah Bob's!
As an immigrant to Honolulu in the 1980's
I parked my taxi and ate here a lot!
Coming here today, I commune with Honolulu's
grittier, striving side.
And reconnect with myself.
Do you have a favorite
little place too? What is it called?
what do you eat there?
What is a 'hole in the wall'
restaurant called
where YOU live?

We go to several different places and order the same thing at each place. Salad at Wendy’s, saimin at Zippy’s, miso butterfish at Mamaya and so forth. I don’t have any hole in the wall places here though.
Hole in the wall places are rare here.
We are 'cheap and cheerful' afficianardos though.
The first picture had me looking up circle rainbows.
I love the rainbow.
A glorious rainbow.
"cheap and cheerful" love it!
Thanks each of you ♥️
