Aloha from Honolulu
Living is the art of
getting used to what
we didn’t expect.
Eleanor C. Wood
I could not live in any of the worlds offered to me — the world of my parents, the world of war, the world of politics. I had to create a world of my own, like a climate, a country, an atmosphere in which I could breathe, reign, and recreate myself when destroyed by living. That, I believe, is the reason for every work of art.

One can pay back the
loan of gold, but
one dies forever

Thank You Friend 🙏🏽
Love that proverb - and the way to pay it back is by being kind ourselves.
Does Pixie dance when you play the Peanuts Christmas song? Or does she just lie there blissfully enjoying?
Fantastic how some still keep their spirits up and can convey that. It is a matter of perseverance and I am grateful for that.
Great quotes and photos.
The first sunset is gorgeous.
Love the dog with the Santa Hat and your sweet Pixie.
Take care, enjoy your day and have a great week ahead.
Loved the quote by Anais Nin.
That Malayan proverb says it all, Cloudia. And I loved that shy Santa, too. Blessings!
...that poor dog!
