Do your little bit of good where you are;

it's those little bits of good put together

that overwhelm the world.

Inexpensive Way To Change Your Looks

A  L  O  H  A !

Nobody sees a flower really;

it is so small. We haven't time,

and to see takes time - like

to have a friend takes time.

Spirit's Janitor

A  L  O  H  A !

Everything on the earth has a purpose,

every disease an herb to cure it,

and every person a mission.

This is the Indian theory of existence.

Things that touch us

have a special resonance

in mature years.

hear what they listen for.

They're only truly great

You ARE Enough

The more unexpected something is,

the more there is to learn from it.

Michael J. Fox

Age is a seasoned trickster.

Within ourselves, the

same yearnings of youth; the

same aspirations of adolescence,

will last a lifetime. Only to

the young - blinded by

our grey hair and slowing gait -

do we appear old and

increasingly beyond the pale.

help another without helping yourself.

Hell, there are no rules here;

We're trying to accomplish something.

  Thomas Edison

Our mind is

running all the time.

If we do not input

thoughts of beauty,

of what is going right,

joy in the health we have,

gratitude over all like gravy,

the small thieves

will sneak in:

doubts, free floating anxiety,

criticism, disquiet.

Pay attention

to your attention.

This will pay YOU

dividends!
