Flying Dreams

  A  L  O  H  A

From

Honolulu

Morning light my gentle friend, Warm my skin night's at it's end Thank you, light, for waking me, To all the joy the day will be. Cloudia Charters

Long-legged fly. Family Dolichopodidae
Genus Condylostylus.

Tiny emerald fly—
No larger than a sigh,
Wearing the
Whole green world.
You are giant in my eye

Rise you must. Rest when you can. Let the wind tell you All it demands. When the hour calls you. When the light gets low. Let the sky confide and tell you
what it knows.
Pixie

Inhale the calm,
exhale the strife,
This simple solace,
the gift of life.

Gorgeous pictures and lovely poetry. No wonder Pixie is so tired... She outdid herself in today's poetry slam.

I am sad that the morning light isn't there any more when my alarm goes off.
