What you leave behind

is not what is engraved

in stone monuments, but

what is woven into

the lives of others.

Pericles

Polynesian woven pouch

The pouch is not large.

Its weave has loosened

where the years

have pulled.

Still, it holds.

Weave beautifully

your small thread in

the grand tapestry.
