My Wish For You

When the sun begins to set,

A healing rest is what we get.

Not just for body, but also for mind,

A soulful rest, serene and kind.

Morning Run or Walk

 A L O H A  From
H O N O L U L U

Let us remember that within us there is a palace of immense magnificence.

Teresa of Avila

In the stillness before sunrise, Magic breathes in quiet air— A hush like promise, gentle, wise, Achievement blooming everywhere. Each step shakes off yesterday’s dust, A blank slate, a sky reborn— Intentions rise, ambitions thrust Toward new goals on this new morn. The mind unfurls, clean and awake, Peace and solitude embrace— With every stride, my spirit surpasses Old limits—I grow, I chase

Dew on the grasses. Morning’s gift: a moment pure, To focus, breathe, and simply be— Here I run, alive, secure— My path begins again— Cloudia Charters

Havaianas, the iconic Brazilian flip-flop brand, was created in 1962, inspired by the Japanese Zori sandal. Havaianas replaced the Zori's straw sole with rubber and added a rice grain pattern, a nod to its inspiration. The name, meaning "Hawaiians" in Portuguese, was chosen to evoke a sense of tropical paradise and vacation. Initially sold in blue and white, Havaianas became a staple for Brazilian workers and eventually gained global popularity. Havaianas were initially sold by traveling salesmen in Volkswagen Kombi vans,
