A 'code' in Hawaii? OK, try those Cold-Eeze zinc lozenges. Just 1 or 2 a day. They open up the nose, but the zinc can prevent tasting food correctly for a day, but at least you'll be breathing. Make some steam by boiling some water, hang your head over it with a towel draped from the back of your head to capture lots of stem.
Chicken soup, gatorade, drink lots, don't get dehydrated.
(I'd send a flower lei, but you can't smell it.)
Maybe your nose misses da boat. Salt water nasal spray helps too.
Take your vitamins.
Or, head back to Chinatown and get some sake.
