Light At The End
by Cloudia Charters
There’s light at the end, That’s what they say. But look—there’s a glow All along the way! Even in darkness, A shimmer, though slight— Dancing and humming, Such curious light! Challenges sometimes Cast shadows too tall. But what if they turned Into friends after all? Each twist and curve, A chance to explore, To learn and to grow, To become something more. Remember when facing A tunnel so long: Your friend is the light That’s been there all along. In laughter and kindness, In friendship and play, Even life’s darkness Can’t keep joy away.
Life smiles at you when you are happy; But life salutes you when you make others happy. Charlie Chaplin
