Not the 'best' but the most effective alarm I have found is a cat who really, really thinks I should be up.
a scooter would probably be the only way to keep up with my dog at the speed she wishes to run
Except your future wouldn't have a dog on a leash beside you, it would have Pixie in a basket behind you... But yes, a biker all the way!
