Glad the storms have passed! I gave up being perfect a while ago. ;-)
That's an interesting Mandela quote. When I returned to Hollister after 30+ years, I found that I didn't change but evolved into the person who I am. If I had not left, I truly think I would've altered who I am for the worse. I like your photo of the tree a lot. Something very strong and courageous about it.
