Been Here Before

A  L  O  H  A !

The storm has broken.

Good feelings are returning.

They always do.

The tumult of upending

our lives is calming into

discovery & routine as 

Spring Succeeds Winter.

I have seen this before,

how fear yeilds to tension

-and back again-

Like a changing sky

Then an angel of calm

whispers good sense

in my ear. This time I

will listen and relent;

Hyper-vigilance gives way

to reverie and healing.

Approaching Golden Blogger Isle, Calif

Strong enough to

leave one identity behind

and just be another face

for a while.

Here is where I come to

find the thread of sense

through it all. 

I am nobody.

Are You nobody too?

Real Essential Somebodies

of the World at This Time

in all of our multiplicity
