I love that last quote about calling whatever you hit the target!!! Is that what Pixie did when she turned from craving beef to duck meat??? She looks like a cat who ate a canary today. I think she finally found something she could eat as a target.
I like the target quote. It sounds like a good philosophy to live by. It would make 'quitting is an art' a lot easier to do.
