I've seen pictures of high-rise apartment buildings with balconies loaded with vegetation. I found this that mentions a downside.

I'm hoping to stand with dignity, but I don't know until I'm tested.
Standing with dignity & speaking from the heart are great qualities to possess and act on. The red headed bird with the crest is lovely.
I do like roofs with vegetation.

I am a fan of roof-top gardens!! They really cool the buildings beneath them. We had one on our house in Taiwan. My mother-in-law grew herbs and vegetables there.
