Eggs Have No Business

A L O H A From Honolulu!

The most grown-up
emotions are
happy and sad
at the same time;

- they come tinted with
both appreciation
and sorrow.

This bird caught my eye.
So many orange petals!
I picked my way
through shrubbery
to get this shot.
I never tire of these flowers.
Hope you don't.

One does not become
enlightened by imagining
figures of light,
but by making the
darkness conscious.

before you come to them
are over rivers
that aren't there.

Smiling at both the beauty and the wisdom. This egg needs to remember not to play with stones.

Love the bird of paradise!! Pixie is hoping that some eggs will dance with stones, so she can have scrambled eggs for breakfast.

I used to buy myself Bird of Paradise on a regular basis but haven't for a while now. I love the happy and sad quote - something I seem to manage to be at times.

Yes, no stones, but you can't play with other eggs either!
