Light Feels Right

A L O H A From Honolulu!
Small lights have
a way of being seen
in a dark world.
Neal A. Maxwell

You don’t have to
be a people-pleaser,
just a people-lover.
Beth Moore

Nothing can dim the
light that shines
from within.
 Maya Angelou

The world is so empty
if one thinks only of
mountains, rivers & cities;
but to know someone who
thinks & feels with us,
& who, though distant,
is close to us in spirit,
this makes the earth for
us an inhabited garden.
Goethe

Daily Work Continues

Only once you’ve [literally]
climbed a mountain in
the rain and cold
can you truly
enjoy your dinner.
Helen Russel

Stars don’t shine
because they want
to be seen.
They shine because
they are stars.

If I were driving I wouldn't be following that truck too closely.

Aloha Cloudia and Pixie, I'm trying just like you say to absorb as much light and let it shine outward. It does make a difference being a people lover no matter what right? Your capture of the water heater almost not keeping with the rest of the day's work, is quite pleasing and I'm not sure why, maybe it's the sweeping palm branches as well. Enjoy your weekend and hugs to you both.

I love those big pink blooms! And I have some trivia for you....Beth Moore is a distant cousin of mine. We grew up in the same small town in Arkansas. I love her books and quotes! Hugs!
