A L O H A From Honolulu!
Thanks to a benevolent
arrangement of things,
the greater part of
life is sunshine.
Thomas Jefferson
Beneath the morning banyan
lilting laughter hanging
Young souls meet
light as a feather,
Weaving dreamsin verdant weather.
Cloudia
The wise heart
resembles a mirror,
reflecting everything
without becoming sullied.
Confucius
By the bowl, a feathered huddle,
Not the dog,
but ducks in the puddle!
Fido waits, tail hanging low,
As his water dish
becomes a show.
With a final quack,
the ducks take flight,
Leaving the dog
to claim his right.
Cloudia
Sun bled gold paints the sky,
Distant shores!
Our yearning cry.
Engines up and humming loud
Adventure waits
beneath burnt clouds.
Cloudia
Laughter is
poison to fear.

Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday, Cloudia. Scritches to Pixie. ♥
We are happy we have never had any kind of bird or duck in our outdoor water bowl. They could put germs in there if they use it for a bathroom.
