What we achieve inwardly
will change outer reality.

Beyond the screen,
A world awaits,
Where sunlight gleams
Where sunlight gleams
All shadows abate.
No longer bound
By others’ views,
Spread your wings
Spread your wings
Soar and choose.
Break free from shadows
Find your way,
To the Honest light of day.
To the Honest light of day.

She knows when not to
raise her sword, but
instead hold up her heart.
Her shield is not a defense
against others but
a shelter for all.

I try and spend more time outside rather than glued to a screen. Much more.
I love the Awamori lions; Pixie looks like she is an awamori lion, too. Your joint poem is totally awesome. Thanks for brightening my day!
The Australian tea tree is not particular attractive but it is very salt water resistant and tough, and can deal with bush fires. It was invaluable to our indigenous people.
Thank you Andrew

That Australian tea tree looks like his life was put through the wringer for a while but time does that to a life more often than not. Beautiful photo and beautiful lived-in tree.
What a fabulous tree!
Amazing tree!
That's the first photo of a tea tree I've seen. Now my olfactory memory is giving me the scent of tea tree oil again.
Love the tree, Cloudia. ;-)
What a stunning tree, Cloudia. Blessings!
Pixie looks at ease.
I love that tree :-D
The tea tree is totally amazing to see, I love it.
..the tree is quite a sight.
One of the real joys of being retired is the shift from being indoors most of the work day to being outdoors pretty much whenever I want to be. And relax!
