Places And Feelings

A L O H A  From
H  O  N  O  L  U  L  U

When people look
at my pictures
I want them to feel
the way they do when
they want to read a
line of a poem twice.
   Robert Frank

The path to our destination
is not always
a straight one.

Maybe it's about
what we encounter
along the way.

In this lane,
there is no hurry;
the world moves with the
pace of a
whispered secret.
Every winding lane
has a story. That story
begins with a step.
It is more than a path;
it's a memory waiting
to be made.
Some lanes
lead to places,
others
lead to feelings.

popularly known as the
golden trumpet tree!

from Brazil.

Out of difficulties
grow miracles.

What a beautifully reflective piece. Your words and the golden trumpet tree together evoke a journey that’s as much about inner discovery as it is about destination.
