Pleas for Tolerance
are always aimed
at others.

Yet we are proud
of our own unbending
Intolerance
And call it
Standing For Something.

After all:
We are right.
They Are deplorable.

In your eyes.
In their eyes.
They have a point of view.
But we know ours is Right.

Well how you behave
is the meatiest part
of being Right.

Do not sneer,
Do not punch,
Do not  kill.

Judge Not lest
the one judged guilty
is yourself.

What happened to Reverence?
When did we begin to look
to the angriest,
instead of the
Wisest?

The mountains take
a broader view,
as we live less
than one of their minutes.

What will matter tomorrow,
for society, for me,
for you, for your health,is
the feelings we marinate in
and how we behave.
Tolerance.

Thank YOU
Friend!
Fondly, cloudia

All The Diffrence

in a wood, and I ...
I took the one

and that has made
all the difference."

who belittle your ambitions.

Small people always do that,

but the really great make you feel

that you, too, can become great."

Accustom The Eye To Calmness

A  L  O  H  A !
"Everything has beauty,
but not everyone sees it.”
             Confucius

“What we do see depends
mainly on what we look for. . .
In the same field the farmer will
notice the crop, the geologists the
fossils, botanists the flowers,
artists the colouring, sportsmen
the cover for the game. Though we
may all look at the same things,
it does not all follow that
we should see them.”
            John Lubbock

“To learn to see- to accustom
the eye to calmness, to patience,
and to allow things to come up to it;
to defer judgment, and to
acquire the habit of approaching
and grasping an individual case
from all sides. This is the first
preparatory schooling. . . ”
                      Friedrich Nietzsche
