How I wish I could kick anxiety to the curb. I know it is useless, but I am still guilty.

I think Alan Watts isn't figuring on who's in control of what's going to happen and the amount of anxiety that person has.
Very wise words. Worrying, anxiety, all bad for health and don't actually help anything. It is human nature to have it for some reason.
