I love the pictures today. They made my soul party with lots of smiles. Pixie looks like she's getting sleepy from counting the sheep parading beneath her. Do you think coconut milk could be switched into that egg cream drink for those of us who are lactose intolerant? Pixie can have my share of the milk.

I was watching a show on PBS about the turn of the last century when a reporter bought a child an Egg Cream. The child was confused because the reporter didn't know why the drink was called an Egg Cream where there were no eggs in it. I enjoyed seeing the ingredients that went into it.
