Sun-Kissed

A L O H A From Honolulu!

The guardian angels of life
sometimes fly so high as
to be beyond our sight, but
they are always
looking down upon us.
Jean Paul

A swirl of soap,
her breath held tight, As magic floats
into the light. Rainbow orbs,
whispering sphere, Dancing on the breeze
float near. Tiny feet in
gleeful chase, Smiling wide, with
sun-kissed face. So chase, little dreamer,
with laughter and glee,
For bubbles and childhood,
are magic and free.

It takes two years to
learn to speak and
sixty to learn to keep quiet.
Ernest Hemingway

We are nostalgic not
only for good times, but
also for times that
were challenging.
After all, they too
made us who we are.

In order to attract more of the blessings that life has to offer, you must truly appreciate what you already have. Ralph Marston

So true that we spent 60 years to stay quiet.

I appreciate what I already have. I don't appreciate the amount of space I need to store all of it. Every time I pick something up to possibly throw it away I feel joy.

Borrowing the Hemingway quote...sometime on my blog it will turn up! Yes children and bubbles do bring adult smiles.

Seeing the little girls with the bubbles truly brought a smile to my face, as did your words, Cloudia.
Blessings!

Love the girl dancing with bubbles. Pixie looks like she would like to join in that fun, too. Have a wonderful day!

Unfortunately, Ernest never learned how to stay silent, did he?

I love your beautiful photos and the quotes. I'm especially "feeling" Ralph Marston, it's right on time. Thank you for sharing this inspiration today.

Life has a way of reminding you of the blessings you have and how quickly they could or can disappear. One must always be grateful and life will make sure you are. Challenges in life are not always a fun time but they do really mold you as a person. Love all your quotes as always.
