is no more. 

Becoming transformed

behind the magician's fence

into another upscale expensive

SPEND-A-RAMA!

But the venerable banyan

that has seen so much:

drunken sailors,

lovebirds of all ages,

been crowned with

nesting rats for decades,

is being revived

as a pampered 

Luxe-Lady.

Nesting for

an entirely other

breed of rodent

bearing the 

Golden Token

- to enjoy their

Golden Moment -

Providing that

square foot

dollar quotient.

And still the sun

pours down on all

like lotion.
